Structure

  • A 4-week self-paced online course you can start anytime, with 12-month access to all recordings.

  • A balanced mix of daily practices within each week:
    2x Vinyasa flows (15–20 min), 2x Breathwork sessions (10 min), 2x Meditations (10 min), 1x Yin Yoga practice (20 min)

  • All practices are connected to one weekly theme supporting growth on physical, mental, and energetic levels.

  • PDF handbook to accompany weekly theme by reflections.

  • Full access to all practices for period of 12 months. You can follow the 4-week rhythm - 28 daily practices, or move through it more slowly — listening to what your body and life need.

FAQs

How much time do I need each day?
Most practices are between 10–20 minutes. You can choose one practice a day or combine more if you have time and energy.

Do I have to practice every day?
No obligation. The course offers a daily rhythm, not a rule. Some days you may rest — returning with kindness is part of the practice.

When can I start the course?
You can start anytime. The course is fully self-paced and available when you are ready.

How long will I have access to the content?
You’ll have 12 months of access to all recorded practices from the moment you join.

Can I repeat the course more than once?
Yes. Many students revisit the practices and themes multiple times, allowing the journey to deepen and integrate over time.

What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat is enough. Props like blocks, a bolster, or a blanket are optional and can support your comfort, especially in Yin yoga.

Is this course suitable for beginners?

Yes, although the course is not about the basics of Yoga. The practices are short, clear, and guided with awareness. Beginners are welcome, and experienced practitioners will appreciate the depth and rhythm.

Is this course physically demanding?
The practices are balanced and varied. Some vinyasa flows are more dynamic, while breathwork, meditation, and Yin yoga offer rest and integration.

Is there any live component?
No. This course is fully self-paced, allowing you full flexibility to practice whenever it suits you.
