Common FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions about the course
1. What if I don’t have much time?
Shakti Play is designed to fit into your life. You’ll have 12 months access to all self-paced lessons, so you can move through them at your own rhythm. Even if you can’t attend live sessions, you’ll get the recordings to watch and keep up.
2. I’m worried I’ll lose motivation — how will I stay on track?
You won’t be walking this path alone. We’ll have weekly live Zoom sessions to connect, share, and support each other. Many students find this gentle accountability keeps them inspired and moving forward. Plus, the practices themselves are so engaging that they often become something you look forward to each week. We will also have a whatsapp group to stay connected during other days of the week.
3. I’m not great with technology — will I be able to manage?
Absolutely. If you can open an email, click a link, and watch a video, you’ll be fine. I’ll send clear, step-by-step instructions and I’m always here to help if you run into any tech hiccups.
4. Is it worth the price?
Think of Shakti Play as a 7-week retreat woven into your everyday life. You’ll receive deep teachings, practical tools, and transformative experiences you can carry and utilize even after the course finishes. Many students tell me the value they receive far exceeds the price because the practices keep working long after the course ends. If you won’t be happy about the course after our 1st live gathering on 11th of September, we will return your money back.
5. Is this course really for me?
If you feel curious about goddess archetypes, the chakra system, or weaving philosophy and myth into your practice, this course is for you. You don’t need to be a yoga teacher or advanced practitioner — all levels are welcome. What matters most is your openness to explore and connect.
6. Will an online course feel as connected as in person?
You might be surprised at how intimate and heart-opening online gatherings can be. The live sessions are warm, interactive, and often feel like sitting in circle together. Plus, the self-paced practices give you space to absorb and reflect in your own way.
7. Will I have to share personal things?
Only if you want to. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable — listening quietly is just as valid as speaking. This is a safe, non-judgmental space where you choose your own level of sharing.
8. I’m not advanced / spiritual / flexible enough — can I still join?
Yes! Shakti Play is about self-discovery, not performance. The movement practices are adaptable, the meditations are guided, and the philosophy is explained in a clear, relatable way.
